Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

Always 305, LLC currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations. International shipping is on our roadmap and we will update this policy when it becomes available.

2. Carriers

We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier for each order is selected based on destination, package weight, current carrier performance, and service availability. You will receive tracking with your shipping confirmation email regardless of carrier.

The free shipping threshold and exact flat rates are subject to change. The rate shown at checkout is the rate you pay.

4. Processing Time

Coffee is roasted to order. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from our Miami, Florida fulfillment center.

During very high demand periods (product launches, holidays, severe weather), processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you if there is an unusual delay.

5. Delivery Time

After shipment, typical transit times via USPS Priority are:

  • Lower 48 standard: 3 to 5 business days for most addresses, up to 7 business days during peak demand
  • Alaska and Hawaii: 5 to 10 business days
  • Subscription renewals: shipped on the same cadence as your subscription, with a pre-shipment notification email sent 3 days before charge

Adding the 1 to 2 business day processing window, most U.S. customers receive their first bag in roughly 4 to 7 business days from order placement.

These are estimates from our carriers and are not guaranteed. Severe weather, carrier disruptions, and acts of God may cause delays beyond our control.

6. Tracking

Tracking information is included in your shipping confirmation email and is also available in your account at https://always305.com. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses you provided. If you notice an error, contact hello@always305.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped we can usually update the address at no cost. Once shipped, address changes depend on carrier rules and may incur a fee.

8. Failed Delivery and Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, refused, or unclaimed), we will reach out to confirm the correct address. We may either re-ship the order at the original shipping cost or refund the order minus shipping. Sample-to-subscription packs that are returned undeliverable are not re-shipped automatically; please contact us if you would like a replacement.

9. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Shipments

Lost in transit

If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days for the Lower 48, or 14 business days for Alaska or Hawaii, contact hello@always305.com. We will open a carrier trace and ship a replacement within 14 business days if the package is confirmed lost.

Damaged in transit

If your shipment arrives damaged, contact hello@always305.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will ship a free replacement.

Marked delivered but missing

Wait 48 hours, check with neighbors and household members, then contact hello@always305.com. We will work with the carrier and ship a replacement if appropriate.

ShipKeeper protection (optional)

At checkout you may opt into ShipKeeper shipping protection (a sister product of Always 305). When ShipKeeper is enabled, lost, damaged, and porch-pirated shipments are typically resolved within 1 to 3 business days at no extra cost beyond the protection fee paid at checkout.

10. Climate, Heat, and Coffee Quality

Coffee is shelf-stable and tolerates a wide range of temperatures. We ship in protective packaging designed to maintain freshness. In extreme heat events we may delay shipment by 24 to 48 hours to avoid weekend warehouse holds.

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

You can change or cancel an order any time before it ships by emailing hello@always305.com or by editing the order in your account. Once an order ships we cannot recall it, but you are still covered by our Refund Policy.

12. Subscriptions

Subscription shipping is included in your subscription price for the Lower 48. Alaska and Hawaii subscribers pay the standard uplift per shipment. You can pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel any subscription from your account at any time. See the Subscription Terms for full details.
