Our Commitment

Always 305, LLC is committed to making our website and digital experience accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe great coffee should be easy for anyone to discover, order, and enjoy.

We design and build https://always305.com with accessibility in mind and we work continuously to improve the experience for all users.

Accessibility Standard

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological differences.

What We Do

To support accessibility, our team:

Designs with sufficient color contrast and readable typography
Provides text alternatives for images that convey meaning
Builds keyboard-navigable interactions, including the cart and checkout
Uses semantic HTML and ARIA labels where appropriate
Tests on screen readers (including VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS) during development
Tests against multiple browsers and devices, including mobile
Avoids flashing content that could trigger photosensitive responses
Includes captions and transcripts for video content where available

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas of the Site may not yet meet WCAG 2.1 AA in every respect. We are aware of and actively working on:

Updating older marketing pages and landing pages to fully match our newer accessibility patterns
Improving alt text for legacy product photography
Adding captions to all archival video content

If you encounter a barrier we have not listed, please tell us so we can prioritize a fix.

Third-Party Content

Some content on the Site is provided by third parties (for example, embedded payment forms, customer reviews, and shipping carrier widgets). We work with vendors that share our accessibility goals, but we do not control all third-party content. If you experience an accessibility issue with a third-party component, please contact us so we can help and follow up with the vendor.
