We roast and ship within 1-2 business days. Most US addresses receive their first bag in 3-5 days total via USPS Priority. East-coast addresses often arrive in 2-3 days.
How is the coffee packaged?+
Whole bean by default in 12oz nitrogen-flushed resealable bags. Pre-ground available at checkout (drip, espresso, French press). Bags are roast-dated so you know exactly when it left our roaster.
Will I be auto-enrolled in a subscription?+
No. Every order is a one-time purchase by default. Subscriptions are opt-in only and require your active selection at checkout. We never auto-enroll you.
Where do you source the beans?+
We work with specialty importers and small Miami roasters who source from Latin American origins (Colombia, Brazil, Honduras, Nicaragua). We are still building out direct-trade and certification details and will publish farm-level sourcing as we lock in long-term partnerships.
